Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review each case carefully and provide a suitable solution where applicable.

Shipping Responsibility

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Once shipped, responsibility for delays or handling rests with the courier service.
