Light over Delos
The Wind Through Columns
On Delos, light and air move through stone like memory.
The wind passes between broken columns, turning silence into sound.
I wanted to paint that invisible rhythm — how sunlight breathes across ancient marble, how the past becomes present through the language of light.
Painted in wet-on-wet watercolor to let form dissolve into air, and dry brush to hold the weight of stone, this work is a quiet conversation between time and stillness — between what remains and what has faded into light.
